Working with us

A clear brief.
A shared direction.

Creative work moves better when everyone knows what comes next. Here is how we keep scope, feedback and delivery connected.

01

Start with the story

Share the purpose, audience, message, references and deadline. Existing footage, brand files or approved artwork help us understand the starting point.

You bring: the goal and any available material.
02

Agree the production plan

We define the approach, deliverables, schedule, review rounds, usage requirements, milestones and price in the proposal.

Together: confirm the scope before production.
03

Review at the right moments

Concepts, visual direction and planned sequences are reviewed at the agreed checkpoints. One consolidated set of feedback keeps each round clear.

You bring: a decision-maker and aligned feedback.
04

Approve. Finish. Deliver.

The approved film moves through final picture and sound checks. Masters and any contracted versions are prepared for the agreed screens and usage.

Together: confirm the final deliverables.

Before we begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What happens after I enquire?

The studio reviews your objective, references, audience, budget and deadline, then clarifies the scope and production approach before preparing a proposal. Sending an enquiry does not reserve production capacity.

How many revisions are included?

The published pricing terms provide two consolidated review rounds. Technical fixes do not use a round. Your quotation confirms the review stages and scope for your particular project.

What if I change direction?

Changes to an approved script, visual direction, runtime, model, resolution or deliverables may affect the price and schedule. The studio explains that impact and seeks approval before additional work begins.

How long will my project take?

The schedule depends on runtime, shot complexity, approach, asset readiness and review turnaround. A delivery date is agreed in the proposal; the website planner does not book a slot or promise a completion date.

Can we use our own footage, photos or music?

Yes—describe what you have in your brief. The studio reviews technical suitability and usage permissions. Real-person likenesses and identifiable voices require appropriate written consent. File transfer is arranged directly with the studio.

Can I choose an AI model?

Share your preference or use the model guide. The studio can propose a model or combination after test shots, based on the intended result, continuity, available features and budget. Model choice can affect the quote.

What are the payment terms?

The published terms list 60% advance and 40% before final delivery below ₹50,000. At ₹50,000 and above, the milestones are 50% advance, 25% at approved preview and 25% before final delivery. Confirm the exact milestones and applicable taxes in your quotation.

Will I receive source files and commercial rights?

The agreed contract defines usage rights and delivery scope. Editable projects, raw generations and third-party assets are not automatically transferred with the final film. Discuss any source-file or exclusivity requirements before quotation.
